Book Shipping Charges are $8.00 for the first book, $2.00 for others ordered at the same time. Sales Tax of 7.875% applies to California.
When ordering Posters or Broadsides, add $8.00 for packing and shipping United Parcel, for as many posters as you order at one time.
For all orders to be delivered to Californians, please add a 7.875% Sales Tax.
